Education researcher · Youth leader · Community builderfocused on inclusive education, research, and social impact
I’m A Z M Fuad, an education graduate from the University of Rajshahi with a strong focus on inclusive education, research & evaluation, and youth empowerment.
My journey began in classrooms supporting learners with disabilities, and expanded into large-scale research, journalism, leadership, and nationwide educational initiatives. Across roles, I work to make education more accessible, equitable, and meaningful — especially for underrepresented communities.
Research associate with experience in mixed-methods studies, monitoring & evaluation, and policy-relevant education research funded by national and international organizations.
Hands-on experience in special education, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and disability-inclusive teaching practices.
Founder and leader of multiple youth platforms reaching thousands of students nationwide through research training, skills development, and opportunity access.
Advocate for SDG 4, climate education, and social justice—designing initiatives that combine research, technology, and community engagement.
Whether I’m conducting research, leading a conference, writing a story, or mentoring students — my goal remains the same:
to create pathways where education empowers people to think critically, act ethically, and lead inclusively.
